Elisabeth M. Petersen, 78, formerly of Conyngham, Pa., died Friday in Indianapolis. Born in Goslar, Germany, she was the daughter of Max and Hedwig (Fricke) Husslein. She married Kurt C. INDIANAPOLIS - Members of the Greencastle High School girls' swim team made their way to Indy, Friday for the preliminary round of the 32nd annual IHSAA state swim finals. Unfortunately, the evening did not go as the Tiger Sharks had hoped. The relay team of Kelsey Murtagh, Kendi Thomas, Erica Soster and Alys Moore that advanced out of the Crawfordsville Sectional failed to qualify for the finals for today. EVANSVILLE -- Chris Pingleton, a Greencastle High School junior, earned a trip to the big dance in Indianapolis. Pingleton finished third in the 145-pound division Saturday at the Evansville Reitz Semistate.
