New Eitel's owner Jenny Sullivan liked the idea and thought it could be the start of a new tradition in downtown Greencastle. Sullivan and McCloud made a delivery to Greencastle City Hall shortly before 11 a.m., hanging the wreath on the front door with a little help from Mayor Sue Murray. Following the installation, McCloud and Sullivan presented the final product.
