Streets or Canals?

A deluge of midday rain on Friday left in its wake multiple flooded spots around Greencastle. Some trouble areas included the intersection of Washington and Bloomington streets, Indianapolis Road and Percy Julian Drive and Avenue D just east of 5th Street, where this pick-up plows through the water that overtook both lanes of the street and at least two yards. In most cases, the flooding went away almost as quickly as it came, with the city’s storm sewers catching up once the rain relented.
