So Election Day 2020 is in the books, folks. All together now, exhale. Thank goodness. The results speak for themselves. Getting there, as they say, is half the battle. More like 75 or 80 percent this time. Being a journalist in this Time of COVID hasn’t been easy, believe you me. And now with the greatest show on earth unfolding in front of us, we have to play with one hand tied behind our back ... or maybe both hands. Sorry, no Zoom meetings allowed...

Attendance cap increased at South Putnam Friday

Attendance for tonight’s IHSAA Football Class A Sectional No. 45 final between South Putnam and Parke Heritage has been increased. The number of fans allowed at the game has been bumped up from 700 to 1,000. Tickets available at the gate will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
