Peggy “Lee” Webb, 73, of Indianapolis, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on June 25, 2023.

Lee was born on May 9, 1950, in Greencastle to James and Catherine Berry and grew up in Putnamville.

Lee attended Purdue University her freshman year where she met Jerry. The two married in 1972 and had one daughter, Allison.

After moving to St. Joseph, Mich., Lee ultimately graduated from Lake Michigan College and Western Michigan University cum laude.

She was a CPA and held various positions in state government, retiring as a field auditor with the Indiana Department of Revenue.

Lee was a member of the Indianapolis Radio Club with call sign W9PLW.

She enjoyed flowers, shopping and thrift stores, real estate, covered bridges, Eagle Creek Park, traveling (including planning annual trips to Michigan for her family), putting together massive prize tables for family bingo during the holidays, was an avid reader and, most of all, she loved her family.
