Thelma L. Burkhardt, 86, Greencastle, died Tuesday evening at Asbury Towers, Greencastle. Born Nov. 12, 1919 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Ralph E. and Clara (McCoy) Jackson. A graduate of Zionsville High School, Indianapolis Office Machine School and the Nursing Home Administrators Course from 1968-69, she had been a bookkeeper and assistant director of the Senior Volunteer Program in Putnam County for 17 years, retiring in 1990. ...
