Collins opened the tournament with a three-under par 68, but followed that up with rounds of 74, 73 and a final day total of 72. The Barclays kicks off the FedEx Cup playoffs. The Waters of Greencastle has partnered with Rural Transit to provide free Rural Transit rides on the first Friday of each month. The program will begin this Friday. Rural Transit, which is part of Area 10 Agency on Aging, came to Putnam County in January 2009 with one bus and one driver. The program now has eight buses and nine drivers. In June, it had 3,906 passengers.
