Elmer J. Duncan, 66, of Greencastle, passed away at his home on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014. He was born Oct. 9, 1947 in Muncie to Elmer and Mary (Buchanan) Duncan. Elmer was self-employed most of his life, then he retired from DePauw University. Cloverdale Superintendent Carrie Milner tenure ends Sept. 29

CLOVERDALE -- Cloverdale Community School Corporation's Superintendent Carrie Milner had previously shocked the audience with news of her retirement during the school board's monthly meeting back in June.
