The Putnam County Community Foundation recently announced Luna Pope as the grand prize winner of the 2022 Darrell Wiatt Family Philanthropy Essay Contest. Roachdale Public Library becomes ‘fine free’

ROACHDALE — As of Thursday, users of the Roachdale-Franklin Township Public library no longer have to worry about late fees.
