Terry C. Barker

Terry C. Barker, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 22, 2023.

He was born June 14, 1949 to Carl and Crystal Barker. He graduated from Fillmore High School in 1967.

Terry attended Purdue University, where he met and married Priscilla (Jay) Jones on Aug. 21, 1971.

He retired from Allison Transmission in 2004.

He is survived by siblings Rod (Sue), Jeff (Joanna) and Deanna (Gene); his wife of 51 years; his children, Ryan (Jen), Scott (Roz), Mindy (Ryan), Lindsey (John) and Robin (Taylor); and 11 beautiful grandchildren.

As he chose cremation, there will be a celebration of life at Calvary United Methodist Church in Brownsburg on Wednesday, July 19, with visitation from 3-6 p.m. and service at 6 p.m.
