Kenneth ‘Ray’ Boller

Kenneth “Ray” Boller, 79, of Bainbridge, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 with his wife by his side.

Ray was born April 23, 1945. He was the son of Elijah and Afton (Holcomb) Boller, who both preceded him in death.

Ray married Nina A. Gibbs in Bainbridge on July 20, 1986. They shared 37 years of marriage together.

Ray was a farmer for 30 years. He retired from Raybastos in Crawfordsville.

He raised catfish in his pond on his cherished property south of Bainbridge.

Ray is survived by his wife, Nina A. (Gibbs) Boller; daughter Julie Stevens (Gary); two sons, Charlie Boller (Bobbi) and Tom Boller (Michelle); nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Matthew Ray Boller, due to muscular dystrophy (MD).

A graveside service and burial will be held at Bainbridge Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 with Chaplain Josh Schreiner officiating. Immediately following the graveside service, everyone is invited to a celebration of life at the Bainbridge Community Building, 201 U.S. 36, Bainbridge, IN 46105.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Shriners Hospital in honor of his son, Matthew, and a grandchild.
