Color Rush

Runners take off from the start of the 11th-annual C.A.R.R. Memorial 5K Saturday from Dear Meadow Primary School. Organized in honor of the late Keith Carr, the race benefits A Kinetic Change, a non-profit also in Carr’s honor that aims to increase community physical activity by creating recreation facilities, organizing fitness events and motivating people to convert their potential energy into kinetic energy with movement. Proceeds from the 2024 event go toward the installation of new playground equipment at Robe-Ann Park near the bandshell.
