New Look

Utilizing a socket size not found in your average toolbox, a worker from subcontractor Signal Construction Inc. works to loosen the bolt holding the horizontal piece in place on the sign gantry over Jackson Street adjacent to the Putnam County Courthouse Thursday morning. Crews soon had the bulky metal piece on the ground as more road construction work prepares to move into the area.
