Customer Appreciation

On a day in which burgers might otherwise have cooked on the asphalt on which they stood, Walter Colvin (left) and Dalton Smith of North Salem State Bank opt for the more traditional grill route as the bank celebrates customer appreciation day at its Greencastle East branch. Patrons willing to brave the high heat were treated to free hamburgers, porkburgers or hot dogs along with sides and drinks as well as shade, fans and even misting stations.
