Elizabeth Kienzynski of F.C. Tucker Advantage was recently named the George and Suzy Schneider Service Award winner for 2024.

The award is named for George and Suzy Schnieder, who were the previous owners of the real estate brokerage. Current owners Chris and Michelle Skillern instituted the award to recognize their agents who make a significant community impact, and to honor the legacy of George and Suzy’s contributions to the Greencastle community.

In recognition, each year the Schnieders make a contribution to a charitable organization of the winner’s choice. Kienzynski selected Beyond Homeless.

Established in 2012, Beyond Homeless serves individuals and families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in Putnam, Clay, Hendricks, Montgomery, Owen and Parke counties through a residential program, prevention and education services.

“We are incredibly proud of Liz for all she contributes to our community and our company,” said Michelle Skillern. “Liz’s love, care and concern for the community at-large and her buyers and sellers is evident every day. An honor like this is so deserving. whether it’s at the Gleaners food pantry or various community events, Liz’s eagerness to assist and her caring nature truly make her a standout individual in our community.

“It’s especially gratifying to honor the Schnieder’s legacy in this way. It’s something our company looks forward to each year.”
