Roachdale Ribs & Blues Festival set Saturday

ROACHDALE — The 11th-annual Ribs & Blues Festival is set Saturday, Sept. 28, presented once again by the Roachdale Revitalization Cooperatie Alliance.

The musical lineup this year consists of The Fret Set, Katz Pajamas and Mona & the Powerhouse Band. Music begins at 2 p.m. with the last band going on at 6.

Food vendors this year include Off the Rails Catering, Hogg Wild BBQ, Zula’s BBQ/Payton’s BBQ, E & M Hot Diggity Dogs, Cali Cake Pops, Delta Theta Tau, Corny Kettle Corn and Myers’ Dari-ette. Beer and Wine served by Vino Mobile Bar. There will also be several retail vendors.
