Bradley Scott Lieske

Bradley Scott Lieske, 76, of Roachdale, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024 at Compassus Hospice House.

He was born in Greencastle on Jan. 4, 1948. Brad’s parents were Harold and Flossie (Hanks) Lieske.

Brad graduated from Russellville High School in 1967. He married Mary Cheryl Vaughn on June 18, 1967 in Crawfordsville. With a strong and loving bond of 57 years, Cheryl passed away four days after Brad.

He served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Brad was a welder, where he owned his own business and worked for various companies. He enjoyed living on the family farm where he grew up and John Deere tractors. He loved his family, friends and Thursday get-togethers.

Brad will be deeply missed by his daughter, Aissa Lieske; siblings Fred (Patty) Lieske, Karen (Brad) McCloud, Lana (John) Presslor, Charlene (Rick) Carrington and Luann (Brian) Starnes; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his youngest brother, John Lieske.

A celebration of life and private family service will be held for Brad at a later date. He will be laid to rest at Blakesburg Cemetery. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care was entrusted with care.
