Putnam County Jail Two people were booked into the Putnam County Jail recently. Sheriff's Dept. The theft of a vehicle is being investigated by the Putnam County Sheriff's Dept. Deputy Doug Nally reported that Vivian Sahl, Reelsville, said her car, a 1994 Chevrolet Camaro, was taken for a test drive on July 19 by Thomas L. Miller, 37, and he never returned with the car.
